How do I determine if my points balance is correct?

Point balances accumulate through the following mechanisms:

1. Device contributions: 25 points per day for each active device

2. Purchase-based bonus incentives: awarded once per device

3. Historical contribution bonuses: awarded once per device for activity prior to migration

Currently, the maximum number of points awarded is 25 per day per device. In the future, we plan to introduce quality and performance-based adjustments, which may increase or decrease the daily points awarded depending on device performance.

If you purchased a dual-sensor setup from Helium Deploy, the maximum points awarded are still 25 points per day. Additional sensor capabilities are not yet factored into the rewards system. Once support for the additional sensor capabilities is integrated into the network, the points model may be updated accordingly.

For Beta OG participants (those who purchased before Helium Deploy), you may notice a difference in the number of points compared to what was previously displayed on the old explorer. The previous points calculation system was known to be unstable, unreliable, and inaccurate.

All Beta OG contributors have been rewarded on a fair and consistent basis. If your points have changed, the same recalculation has been applied across all participants. As long as you still have:

• your original Beta OG bonus,

• your historical contribution bonus, and

• you are earning daily points while your device is online,

then your points balance is being calculated correctly.
