How do I enable remote support on my sensor?

If our team requests remote device support:

  1. In your browser, go to: http://jetvision-ip-address/support.html

  2. Log in (default password: radarcape, unless changed).

  3. Click Enable

You’re done—we can now securely access your device for troubleshooting. Be sure to turn off remote device support once your support issue is resolved. You can do this by following the same steps, but click "Disable" instead.
