I have registered with the new 4dsky app, where are my old devices?

Once you have registered with the new 4dsky app our system will check for an email match to identify and link your old account. As long as you used the same email address, then you will either see a ‘Migration in progress’ alert or your devices will be shown

If you see a ‘Migration in progress’ alert then no need to worry, the migration is being done in the background. Check back later and your devices should be visible
