How do I reset the Neuron 4dsky Edge software?

Sometimes you may wish to reset the Neuron software installed on your JetVision device to a fresh state, some reason you may wish to do this include:

  1. Relocation - you move your JetVision device/sensor to a new location

  2. Security - your keys become compromised

  3. Corruption - your config becomes corrupted and the software no longer accepts buyers

To reset your device navigate to http://jetvision-ip-address:1336/reinstall-package

Please note that on some earlier devices the reinstallation address is http://my-jv-ip-address:8080/reinstall-package

Once you have made a request to the URL please make sure you:

βœ… DO let it spin for 20-30 seconds until you see a confirmation message
β›” DO NOT refresh the page before you see the confirmation message

Once a reset has been completed you should be able to visit the setup wizard at http://jetvision-ip-address:1337/. You will need to re-enter your keys for the device to continue working
