How can I find my device's IP address?

This article is based on the assumption that the JetVision device (red box) is connected via an ethernet cable (or WiFi after it was first setup with ethernet cable). Check the screen on the device and navigate through the screens until you get to the LAN settings screen.

The IP address should be displayed on the first line

✅ A valid address will look like 192.168.x.x, or 10.x.x.x
🚫 An invalid address will look like 169.254.x.x . It means that your device has no access to the internet. It has access to your local network but not the internet (it's called a link-local address)
