Where is my purchase bonus from Helium Deploy?

When purchasing from Helium Deploy (or Moken) you may have received a one-off purchase bonus. In order for this to be automatically credited to your sensor the following criteria apply:
You must have used the same email address to register with 4DSKY as you used to place the order with Helium Deploy
Your sensor must be online
If either of the above criteria does not apply then the system is unable to automatically allocate points
Transferring Bonus Points
This process is only applicable to users that used a different email address to register with 4DSKY than their Helium Deploy order email address.
To request that the email address is changed for your points allocation:
Fill in your Helium Deploy order number & order email address
Once submitted, an email will be sent to your original email address to confirm the transfer
Once received, click the ‘Approve’ link to confirm the transfer
Once the transfer is complete, the points bonus will be allocated correctly to your account. Point bonuses are only applied to qualifying devices that are online during our point allocation cycle, so please wait for the bonus to be applied (this should happen within 72 hours)
If you did not receive the approval email for the points transfer please ensure you check your junk/spam inbox. We are unable to transfer points without approval from the email address used to make the order
