Why isn't 4dsky showing aircraft from my sensor?

First, confirm that the device is connected to the internet and has an active commercial licence. It’s common for a device to appear online when it isn’t fully connected. Without a commercial licence, the device will not serve data, even if it appears in the Neuron explorer.
Once connectivity is confirmed, the most common reason your data is not visible in 4dsky is that the service is not currently purchasing from your sensor. This may be because the service has exhausted its funds, the development team is testing different configurations, or the service has chosen not to buy at this time.
You can think of 4dsky as an independent customer that selects sensors based on its own criteria. This is not related to favouring one sensor over another and does not reflect the quality or value of your contribution. These variations are part of ongoing network testing.
Another common cause is network latency between the buyer and the seller. In this case, the issue is not necessarily on your side. If data packets arrive too late to be useful, the buyer will discard them. Latency can be caused by overloaded networks, streaming to too many buyers simultaneously, or running multiple sensor services at once, which can also overload the JetVision device.
