What is my neXX number?

The neXX is a JetVision assigned Neuron identifier that helps us and JetVision troubleshoot you. It also is an indicator that your device is Neuron enabled

You'll find it in the upper right side of of the admin page found at http://jetvision-ip-address/

Alternatively, go to System Status > MLAT Server Status

⚠️ If you cannot find the neXX number, please contact JetVision directly or reach out to our Tech Support team because this means that your device is not Neuron enabled
