Do this first: How do I know if my device is Neuron ready?
Run these checks first to confirm your JetVision device is Neuron-ready before troubleshooting anything else. Only neuron ready devices can run the 4dsky software.

The first step in troubleshooting any 4DSKY-related issue is to confirm that your device is genuinely Neuron-ready. Run the following checks before anything else.
Step 1 — Check that you ordered a Neuron-ready device
If you bought your device from Helium Deploy / Moken then it should be Neuron-enabled. If unsure, check your order details before continuing. There should be a mention of the word “Neuron” or “4dSky” in your order. Notice that a barebones Jetvision device will not work with the neuron software.
Step 2 — Confirm the neXX number is present
Open your JetVision device's admin UI in a desktop browser (http://jetvision-ip-address/). Look at the top-right corner — you should see a neXX identifier.

✅ If you see neXX, your device is Neuron-ready the hardware level.
🚫 If neXX is missing, contact JetVision or our support team — your device is not Neuron-enabled.
Step 3 — Confirm the commercial or neuron licence is enabled
While on the same admin UI page, look for the licence status. It must NOT say "non commercial".
✅ Anything other than "non commercial" — you're good.
🚫 If the status says "non commercial", contact JetVision or our support team — your device is not fully Neuron-enabled and data buyers will reject your data.
Step 4 — Confirm the Neuron software is installed
Navigate to http://jetvision-ip-address:1337 in a browser.
✅ If a setup wizard appears, the Neuron software is installed and ready for first-time configuration.
✅ If the page does not load AND you have already completed the setup wizard before, this is expected — the wizard disappears after first run.
🚫 If the page does not load AND you have never run the setup wizard, the Neuron software is not installed.
