Why is my 'Points Balance' showing no points?

Points are credited from a variety of sources:
For purchase bonuses, i.e. as a perk alongside a Helium Deploy purchase
For historical contributions when switching over to our new points system
For daily contributions, dependent on sensor availability and data quality
Currently, for purchase bonuses, these will only automatically be credited if the email address used to register with 4DSKY matches the email address used when making the original purchase. If a different email address was used then the points will need to be transferred. At the time of writing, the process to transfer points has not been confirmed and this will come in due course
If you used a different email address to register with 4DSKY versus what you made your original purchase with, please do not worry. Your points bonus has not been lost and will be credited soon
It is also important to note that points are only credited to online sensors. This includes one-off entitlements (i.e. purchase bonuses and historical contributions) and daily credits. If your device is offline, once it comes back online again then you should receive your full bonus allocation
