Why is my 'Points Balance' showing no points?

While we migrate our systems from the Neuron Explorer over to our new 4dsky app, your account will show a zero balance. This doesn’t mean that your points have gone, it just means they haven’t been transferred over yet
For Helium Deploy customers, where bonuses are applied, points will only be awarded to the email address that was used to place the order
We are working on migrating existing points and assigning bonuses, this as a priority and they will be restored soon
